Boise Kitchen Remodel Before & After

Updated: 5 days ago

Check out this remodel transformation! The 90's oak cabinets have been revamped into a modern, full-height, open-concept design featuring a high-gloss white finish.

If you prefer not to have high gloss cabinets, there are alternatives in matte finishes for a softer, less reflective acrylic look. Paint is an excellent option, or you might choose white faux wood for a more organic feel.

A before and after Boise kitchen remodel update from 1990's oak cabinets to modern white light filled design by Monica Macha.

This kitchen design features high gloss cabinets with numerous benefits: they are reflective, easy to clean, and give your kitchen a bright, contemporary appearance. If your budget allows, select acrylic gloss cabinets, renowned for their durability. For maintenance, use a microfiber cloth and a gentle cleaning solution.

Pair white high gloss cabinets with natural quartzite countertops, matte porcelain tile floors, and warm-colored walls to create an organic balance with this luxurious style. For this high-end kitchen remodel, I selected a Thermador appliance package. The large range is ideal for a chef who appreciates having both griddle and burner options.

The wall that originally separated the dining room from the kitchen was taken down and substituted with a wet bar. This change enables natural light from the dining room to brighten the kitchen. The emphasis of this Boise kitchen remodel was on maximizing natural light and views.
