I offer a range of services, from offering a pair of professional eyes when contemplating choices or solutions, to the full gambit of ground up finish selections, interior and exterior. I've added 3D digital renders to my services. I saw a need for my clients wanting to see what the finished space would look like. Consultations are great opportunities to "brainstorm" possible outcomes for improving function and style of your space.
I love solving interior design "problems" and serving my client base through active listening and innovative implementation of solutions.
A LA CARTE
You might need help with parts and pieces of your project or a full remodel. An expert pair of eyes to confirm you are on the right track or suggestions for an alternative solution. My hourly rate is $115.00 for this service. I have a 25 hour minimum. Check out my before and after page to see remodel transformations!
GROUND UP
I can work with you and your architect as plans are being generated or after they are finalized. This enables your furnishings, lighting, and lifestyle to flow as intended. I build 3D models to show you how your selections and furnishings will look in the finished space. I can provide complete specification materials, and documents for the builder. I charge a square foot rate depending on the project scope, an hourly rate, or a combination of square footage rate and hourly fee for the most comprehensive
service.
DIGITAL RENDERS
Want to know what your room is going to look like? It helps to have a 3D view prior to the build or remodel so you have an idea of how all the different materials work in the space. I can do this.
REMODEL
I offer interior consultations for spaces you are thinking about improving. Changes can be cosmetic or structural suggestions.
